The Westview Associates is a provider of Customized Staffing Solutions through Executive and Retained Search Strategies. The Westview Associates services organizations throughout the Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware Region. 

Clients range from Non-Profit and Start up Organizations to Fortune 100's. Provided staffing solutions include Senior Finance and Accounting Executives. Within the Non-Profit Arena, we fulfill staffing needs from Executive Directors/Presidents to Support Staff. 

 
The Westview Associates utilizes the unique and highly successful consultative strategy "The Westview Advantage". Advancing beyond the mere prerequisite requirements of the job description, our consultative process incorporates congruence with the Clients’ Operating Culture, The Specific Required Accomplishments of the Ideal Candidate, as well as the Desired Short and Long Term Goals of the provided staffing solution. With this information, The Westview Associates becomes our clients’ Outsourced Staffing Expert who effectively and efficiently provides staffing solutions. We place staffing solutions which historically become our clients' longer tenured employees.

Ernie holds a BS in Business Logistics from Penn State and an MBA from Temple  University. His career began within the Financial Service Industry. Selected  accomplishments include; a senior member of PNC Bank’s Credit Quality Assurance Team which participated in numerous bank and portfolio acquisitions, the Compliance Officer for a $3.8 B consumer loan portfolio which was managed by EDS, as well as the author of a risk mitigation product for the Financial Service Industry which was featured on the front page of USA Today.  

For the ten plus years, Ernie managed Business Development and Staffing as a Director of an accounting firm, as well as an Associate with contingency staffing firms.  In February of 2012, Ernie launched The Westview Associates, a staffing firm that utilizes consultative staffing strategies to provide longer tenured and more productive staffing solutions. 

Ernie’s  community service activities include; President of the Greater Philadelphia Areas largest pro bono job search group Joseph's People, Board Member of the Catholic Charities Appeal for Greater Philadelphia, Chairman of The Financial Executive Networking Group's Center City Philadelphia Chapter, Former Board Member of Temple’s Fox School of Business  Alumni Association, Past Commodore of the Mid Atlantic Yacht Racing  Association, Former Judge and Senior Race Officer for US Sailing, as well as an active member of several non-profit boards.
